How enforceable are riders to a rental property lease agreement?
Since they are usually signed and dated by both parties, they arent exatly riders, they are actually lease modifications. They are commonly used to remove or add roommates, without resetting the term of the lease. They are as enforceable as any contract, such as the lease itself.
